When you shop with Meramour, Meramour is your seller and your point of contact for returns, refunds and faulty-goods claims, even when the goods are dispatched by our distribution partner.<\/p>

Right to cancel<\/h2>

You normally have a 14-day right to cancel, starting on the day after you receive the goods. You do not need to give a reason.<\/p>

Clearly inform us that you want to cancel your purchase. Please include your order number and the goods concerned if possible. Customer service details will be published before sales open.<\/p>

You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard cancellation form<\/a>, but this is not a requirement.<\/p>

The website's cancellation function is not yet active. It must be available when online sales open and provide an automatic acknowledgement when you submit a cancellation notice.<\/p>

Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your cancellation notice.<\/p>

Sealed hygiene products<\/h2>

The right to cancel does not apply to goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once you have broken their seal. This only applies to products covered by this exception that were delivered sealed.<\/p>

Opening the shipping box does not, by itself, end your right to cancel. This exception does not affect your right to make a claim for faulty goods.<\/p>

Return address and return postage<\/h2>

The full return address will be published here before sales open.<\/p>

Please feel free to contact us before returning the goods so we can help with instructions. Do not send goods to our wholesaler or to the sender's address on the parcel unless we have expressly instructed you to do so.<\/p>

If you cancel a purchase, you pay the direct cost of return postage. Pack the goods carefully and keep your proof of posting. Use the original packaging where possible.<\/p>

Refunds<\/h2>

We refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back.<\/p>

We use the same payment method you used for your purchase, unless we expressly agree otherwise at no extra cost to you.<\/p>

If you cancel the entire purchase, we also refund the cost of our standard delivery. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded.<\/p>

We do not charge an administrative return fee. We may deduct an amount for diminished value if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their characteristics and functioning, provided the legal information requirements have been met.<\/p>

Faulty or damaged goods<\/h2>

Contact Meramour if the goods are faulty, damaged or do not match your order. Please include your order number and describe the problem if possible. Photos or a short video showing only the product can help us assess the issue.<\/p>

You have a statutory right to make a claim about faults that existed on delivery for three years. Notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the fault; notification within two months is always considered reasonable.<\/p>

For faults we are responsible for, we handle the claim at no cost to you, including necessary postage. Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may be repair, replacement, a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase.<\/p>

A broken hygiene seal or missing original packaging does not remove your right to make a faulty-goods claim. A supplier's warranty does not limit your statutory rights.<\/p>
