Get to know your product
Read the manufacturer's instructions for use, cleaning, charging and storage. Check materials, ingredients and compatibility before use. Do not assume a product is waterproof or compatible with lubricants and condoms unless this is stated for that specific product.
Information before sales begin
Manufacturer details, product identification, relevant warnings and, where required, the responsible operator in the EU need to be checked for each product. For products sold in Sweden, the necessary instructions and safety information must be understandable in Swedish. This general page does not replace a product's own labelling or documentation.
The assortment is a preview. Meramour makes no general claim that all products are CE-certified, medical devices or allergen-free. Such information must be assessed and substantiated for each product and the applicable rules.
If something seems wrong
Do not use a damaged or potentially unsafe product. Keep its identifying details and contact Meramour when customer service opens. Public warnings and recalls can be found through the EU's Safety Gate information.
Electronics and batteries
Follow the product labelling and your municipality's instructions for separate collection. Information on applicable producer responsibility and any take-back arrangements needs to be completed before the relevant products go on sale.
