Delivery within Sweden
Meramour uses dropshipping. Your order is dispatched directly by our distribution partner, 1on1Wholesale EU. Meramour is responsible for your purchase and helps you with delivery, returns and faulty-goods enquiries.
Delivery charges
Standard delivery within Sweden costs SEK 199. Standard delivery is free when the value of the goods is at least SEK 799 after discounts.
The total cost is shown before you complete your purchase.
Delivery time and carrier
The estimated delivery time, including order processing, has not yet been finalised. It will be confirmed and displayed before purchase when the store opens.
Our distribution partner currently uses GLS. The available delivery option and estimated delivery time are stated before purchase.
Discreet packaging
Orders are sent in discreet packaging according to our distribution partner's procedures.
Delayed, damaged or missing delivery
Contact Meramour if your order is delayed, damaged in transit or does not arrive. Customer service details will be published before sales open.
We help investigate the problem with our distribution partner and the carrier. You do not need to pursue the matter with the wholesaler yourself. Your rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act are unaffected.
Delivery outside Sweden
Delivery to other countries is not yet enabled. These delivery terms apply within Sweden.
